ARH 421 – Spring 2014
Undergraduate course that offers a first understanding of architectural design software (CAAD) in three dimensional (3d) and two dimensional (2d) spaces as well as in digital fabrication techniques. Topics include 3d architectural elements and solid modeling, 2d production and design, rendering and visualization, digital design and fabrication (Laser cutting and Hot Wire Foam cutting). Software include: AutoCAD Architecture Desktop, Nemetchek Allplan, 3D Studio Max.
